This rule applies regardless of whether or not the Black Belt is competing. It is the duty of all Junior Black Belts to assist in the rings as scorekeepers and timekeepers. All Adult Black Belts should arrive prior to the Judges meeting held at every regional event, attend the meeting, and remain at the tournament until the final “Bow-out” has been completed.
