KFMA Nerf Wars for Karate Kids!

At Kowkabany’s Family Martial Arts, we have been blessed with the most amazing students – Kids, Teens and Adults. During the year, we will offer events that are designed to give our students a chance to get to know each other better while enjoying some fun (and food) and wonderful fellowship! By far, our most popular event for KFMA Kids is our Nerf Wars night!

 

This event is an opportunity for our Karate Kids to spend an evening of supervised fun at Kowkabany’s Family Martial Arts with their fellow students/friends. And while the kids have a great time with their friends, their parents get to enjoy a worry-free evening of peace and quiet!

 

During this fun event, we play Taekwondo games, break boards, and share lots of pizza and snacks! The highlights of the evening include Nerf Wars, as all kids will bring a Nerf gun, darts and safety glasses, and will work on target shooting, obstacle courses, and team battles! We’ll also work on some Jedi sword training, and then have Jedi battles with safety swords and gear.

 

Of course, Chief Masters Laura and David Kowkabany will be there along with multiple adult Instructors for the entire event, just to ensure everyone’s safety, and to make sure that everyone has a good time!

Kowkabany’s Family Martial Arts has been teaching in Tampa since 1996, with students as young as 4 years old up to age 74! We are conveniently located for Oldsmar, Safety Harbor, Westchase and Odessa in the NW section of Tampa at 13910 Monroes Business Park (two doors down from the Tampa Bay Brewing Company just off Racetrack Road). All of our classes are taught by Certified Master Instructors, and most are designed to allow families to train together!
