This video is simply a supplement to your class training and will help you to learn the basic pattern, target heights and stances in the form.
For details on specific techniques and any questions, you should consult with your Certified Instructor in class. Remember, training at home is a great way to improve your martial arts, but it does not replace your need to attend class on a regular basis.
